[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#734669: avahi: Add DEB_BUILD_PROFILES stage1 support for bootstraping

Hi Wookey, hi Daniel!

Both these patches look very promising and I'm all for applying them,
I'm currently in the situation on powerpcspe.

However, it seems that debian/control still needs to be amended with
the necessary <!stage1> statements if I'm not mistaken. At least I had
to add that to build avahi on powerpcspe.
