[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#827621: upower: inconsistent handling of multiple batteries

I have this same issue. I don't think it's caused by multiple batteries. I
looked through the source code and it seems when UPower reads a 0W
from`power_now` it assumes it's unreliable and then tries to calculate it by
other means.
