[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#816166: network-manager: NM should ignore virtual devices

Dear Maintainer,

I created a few virtual network devices with virt-manager. Whenever these devices are up,
NM considers them "active" connections and reports "full" connectivity to applications---even
if all the real devices are disconnected.

NM should autoamtically ignore those virtual devices created by virt-manager.
