This is an upstream bug. According to https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/47535 (comment wonder) reverting http://cgit.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/patch/?id=df4e5357521d00f4d9bc746cb2f530d5617d3e2c fixes the problem for me (but I do not know, what problems occur with this revert).
