Package: xdg-app
Version: 0.5.0-1
Hi,
Following these instructions to install Pitivi daily bundle through
xdg-app [1], I got this in my terminal :
"-> Updating org.gnome.Platform 3.20
1 metadata, 0 content objects fetched; 313 B transferred in 3 seconds
-> Updating org.gnome.Platform.Locale
1 metadata, 0 content objects fetched; 313 B transferred in 3 seconds
-> Updating org.pitivi.Pitivi master...
No permissions to creating new namespace, likely because the kernel does
not allow non-privileged user namespaces. On e.g. debian this can be
enabled with 'sysctl kernel.unprivileged_userns_clone=1'."
Then I had to manually key "sysctl kernel.unprivileged_userns_clone=1"
I don't think that user should be bother with that.
FWIW I'm running Linux HAL 4.5.0-2-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.5.2-1
(2016-04-28) x86_64 GNU/Linux & libc6 2.22-7
Thanks !
