[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#870785: avahi: Drop libgtk2.0-dev build dependency from stage1 build profile

The build dependency on libgtk2.0-dev introduces essentially the same
cycle as the libgtk-3-dev build dependency which was already dropped
in stage1:

avahi Build-Depends on libgtk2.0-dev
gtk+2.0 Build-Depends on libcups2-dev
cups Build-Depends on libavahi-client-dev

Besides, debian/control already drops libavahi-ui-dev, libavahi-ui0,
and avahi-discover from stage1 builds anyway, and those are the only
packages depending on Gtk+2.
