[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#873706: mdraid2 (pulling mdadm in) should not be required by udisks2 core

udisks2 is a dependency of multiple Desktop Environments (through
plasma-workspace, kde-plasma-workshop, gvfs-daemons) and pulls mdadm through
libblockdev-mdraid2 dependencies. mdadm is the full-fledged daemon that handles
MD RAID arrays, and I don't think it is useful or necessary in all Desktop
Environments.

Please make sure the mdraid2 libblockdev plugin is not _required_ by udisks2
core.
