Dear Maintainer,

Action:

    # apt install libdbus-1-dev

Results snippet:

    libdbus-1-dev : Depends: libdbus-1-3 (= 1.10.14-1) but 1.11.8-1 is to be installed

Seems that the hard dependency on libdbus-1-3 should be updated to 1.11.8-1.

This is on an up to date Debian 9.0 (stretch) system.
