Hello,

this is to track this bug in the Debian BTS. It is already reported
upstream.

tftpd-hpa has in it's init script

        Required-Start:       $local_fs $remote_fs $syslog $network

Still adding to it in do_start()

        ip a > /tmp/tftpd-addr-info

results in this content of the above file

1: lo: <LOOPBACK,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 65536 qdisc noqueue state UNKNOWN group default qlen 1000
    link/loopback 00:00:00:00:00:00 brd 00:00:00:00:00:00

That is, tftpd is started before network is ready. When I log into the
machine, network is available, so the problem is really that nm-online
doesn't block long enough.
