[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#856243: packagekit should be recommended

Good morning everyone.

To join a domain the packagekit package is required too:

! PackageKit not available: The name org.freedesktop.PackageKit was not provided by any .service files

Because other operations are working, it may be
wise to add packagekit to the "Recommends" section of the realmd
package.
