Could you attach your /etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf please

What happens if you switch to the internal dhcp implementation.

$ cat /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/dhcp.conf
[main]
dhcp=internal

$ systemctl restart NetworkManager.service
