[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#865402: upower takes two minutes to update power state changes on laptop

upower is only checking for power state changes every two minutes on my Apple Macbook Pro 5,1.

I suspect that upower is supposed to be getting some kind of dynamic notification over dbus or something, but apparently it's not.

upower documentation is terrible.
