[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#832093: Bug#832093: NetworkManager-wait-online.service fails to start and delays boot

Hi,

FWIW, this seems to be considered as a bug for Fedora too, and this is
going to be disabled. See link [1]. Also, as stated before, it
unnecessarily delays the boot sequence.
