Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)
The flatpak build for hppa (admittedly not a release architecture) has
started failing:

SKIP: tests/test-repo-collections-server-only.sh - this test requires peer to peer support (--enable-p2p)

ERROR: tests/test-run-deltas.sh - exited with status 1
SKIP: tests/test-bundle-system.sh - this test requires xattr support
ERROR: tests/test-extensions.sh - too few tests run (expected 2, got 0)
ERROR: tests/test-extensions.sh - exited with status 1
PASS: tests/test-oci.sh 1 export oci
PASS: tests/test-oci.sh 2 commit oci
ERROR: tests/test-oci.sh - too few tests run (expected 6, got 2)
