[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#905389: File conflict with cockpit-ws

While upgrading firewalld to 0.6.0, I noticed that there is a file
conflict with cockpit-ws:

Unpacking firewalld (0.6.0-1) ...
dpkg: error processing archive /home/michael/debian/build-area/firewalld_0.6.0-1_all.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/firewalld/services/cockpit.xml', which is also in package cockpit-ws 174-1

Filing against firewalld and cockpit-ws.
We should decide which package will ship this service description file.
