[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Could Utopia team take over modemmanager, libmbim, libqmi?

Hi,

the packages modemmanager, libmbim, and libqmi are lonely in the
cold. They shiver! They need a cosy home!

The maintainer email address of modemmanager bounces,
the maintainer of libmbim stated he will orphan the package,
the maintainer of libqmi stated he has not much time.

All three packages are related, both libs are important depends
for modemmanager. Which in turn is an important "add-on" to
network-manager.

The state of the three packages is not bad, no RC bugs, just new
versions that need packaging.

Could Utopia take over?

I would join the team then, add myself to Uploaders for all
three packages and maybe even try to package the latest releases
of all three.
