Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately this still fails for me — indeed combinations of disabled, enabled-with-name and enabled-with-automatic-set fail for me alas.

FYI I believe I "inherited" this setting via PIA-provided OpenVPN profiles. You can also appear to set it here:
