[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#910881: python3-dbus: Please provide the dist files

Dear Maintainer,

The Python dist files are not installed. If you install a package via pip that
setup_requires dbus-python pip will try to install the package from PyPI even
though it is already installed.

Please include the dist files in the package.
