[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] policykit-1 systemd dependency

Dear Utopia Maintenance Team,
  I wanted to drop you all a note to ask about the policykit-1 package.  I have upgraded a system from Wheezy to Jessie and I noticed that my policykit-1 version was held back to the original Wheezy release version.

  I'm using sysvinit and the systemd-shim for sysvinit.  I noticed that now policykit-1 requires labpam-systemd, but I can only install labpam-systemd if I am running systemd instead of sysvinit.

  Is it possible to have the package support sysvinit?
