[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#926504: No hibernate option in shutdown menu

Desktop envs suffer from lack of hibernation option. The workaround for
this is cat >
/etc/polkit-1/localauthority/50-local.d/com.ubuntu.enable-hibernate.pkla

[Re-enable hibernate by default in upower]

ResultActive=yes

[Re-enable hibernate by default in logind]
Identity=unix-user:*
