This fails a lot of tests like this:
| cockpit-protocol:ERROR:src/common/test-webserver.c:57:setup: assertion failed: (inet != NULL)
| FAIL: test-webserver 2 /web-server/query-string

This is due to the build environment not having a loopback inet device. I don't
consider this an RC bug, it's IMHO really a broken environment.
