[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#912576: network-manager: doesn't show nor autoconnect to hidden wifi

can confirm, after dist-upgrading from debian 9 to 10, NM stopped
autoconnecting hidden wifis. nmcli con up name works.

adding hidden=yes under [wifi] in the network config file (as hinted on
nm irc) didn't help either.
