Control: tags -1 - unreproducible

Removing the tag "unreproducible" since the issue is now different
and should be more common: PID file not removed when avahi-daemon
is stopped.

It seems to occur *every time* avahi-daemon is restarted, on two of
my machines.

The failure in case of reuse of the PID is of course very rare.
But solving the main issue would solve this rare issue as a
consequence.
