More detail: dbus-python has:

Build-Depends:
 ...
 dh-python,
 dh-sequence-python2 <!pkg.dbus-python.nopython2>,
 dh-sequence-python3,

so I think everything is as it should be.

Is this bug report a false positive that can be closed? If not, I must
be missing something: please clarify what is wrong?
