[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] new upstream avahi snapshot + python3

Hello pkg-utopia-maintainers!

There doesn't seem to be any recent upstream avahi release on
the horizon, while a bunch of nice fixes (including python3)
has happened on the master branch.

I thus went ahead and prepared an updated package based on
a snapshot tarball and then switched the packaging over to
python3 (fixing #936173). The packaging is currently available
on a personal fork at: https://salsa.debian.org/ah/avahi

The package is currently in the shape that "it builds", but
I haven't done any other testing of it.
I expect that there might be a bunch of breakage related to
python3 and we should probably look into which upstream PR
we should cherry-pick before uploading.

I would very much welcome anyone interested to have a look
and comment on this! Do you think I should push this work
to utopia-team avahi repo?
