[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#923387: ping -- still breaks unrelated packages

Ping!
ABI issues have long since been addressed (per your pre-Buster request),
and we're approaching Bullseye freeze. Thus, another ping: could you please
apply this one-line patch?

This dependency (default-logind | logind) is a part of official Policy, as
of version 4.4.0.

Because of udisks2's position on desktop environments dependency chains, the
no-alternative dependency on libpam-systemd makes many unrelated packages
uninstallable, even on installs that don't use any of udisks2's
functionality (like, I use it on my laptops but not desktops). This can
be worked around with libpam-elogind-compat, but that's an experimental-only
hack that was explicitely described as not supposed to ever reach a release.
