Hello,

There's a new upstream release of avahi available now, see:

I've updated my previous work on python3 conversion of avahi
from the previous upstream snapshot to the new 0.8 release
(and rebased it on top of the 0.7-5 changes that has gone into
the official packaging repo since).

Please note that this is only build-tested. I've likely done some
mistake somewhere so would be great if someone could review this
before merging it into the utopia-team repo.
