[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#949938: d-feet build depends on the removed pep8 transitional package

yep, this is clearly my fault.

i could either reintroduce pep8, or maybe we could have pycodestyle
provide pep8 and that should satisfy the dependencies?
