Is there something that can be done in the Flatpak executables to make
this work better, or is it a problem with the freedesktop.org reference
runtime?

Is this triggered by the new p11-kit in the host system, or by the new
p11-kit in the runtime, or by them being on opposite sides of the 0.23.19
version threshold, or what?
