[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#953216: Stop enabling pipewire.socket statically

Package: pipewire
Version: 0.2.7-1
Severity: normal

The pipewire package enables pipewire.socket statically (by shipping
/usr/lib/systemd/user/sockets.target.wants/pipewire.socket in the
package) and dynamically (via i-s-h and creating
/etc/systemd/user/sockets.target.wants/pipewire.socket)
The later is a side-effect of using compat level 12 and
dh_installsystemduser.

Please consider dropping the static symlink from the package.
