[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#973598: network-manager-gnome: Shows icon nm-device-wired when being unconnected

In case all interfaces are managed by NetworkManager and
no interface has a connection, the icon nm-device-wired
is displayed.

In this case the icon nm-no-connection should be displayed.

The wrong display is caused by the current Debian patch
force-online-state-with-unmanaged-devices. If you replace
nm-device-wired by nm-no-connection there, the applet behaves
as expected.
