Dear Maintainer,

As written at
https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/en/developers/regulatory/crda

wireless regulatory domain should be chosen suitably to comply with laws.
But Network Manager does not provide such a way.
This issue seems to block resolution of
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=972366
