Since /etc/network/if-post-down.d/avahi-daemon is a symlink, I don't 
think we should remove it via maintscript/rm_conffile.
Afair, symlinks are not marked as conffiles, so simply dropping it from 
the package should be enough.

Now that we have a /etc/network/if-post-down.d/avahi-daemon.dpkg-backup, 
we probably needs some manual cleanup though.
