You're welcome to ask the release team to binNMU packages that depend on
libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0, but I don't know whether they will be willing to do
so at this stage in the freeze process. This isn't a "real transition"
in the sense that the SONAME being depended on actually changes, but it
does cause a lot of packages to change, and might break non-binNMU-safe
dependencies.

I have no intention of removing libgdk-pixbuf-xlib-2.0-0 or
libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 before bullseye, and I have no intention of even
*trying* to remove them before binNMUing dependent packages.

These are not "important"-severity bugs: I don't think we can claim that
an unneeded (indirect) dependency on libgdk-pixbuf-xlib-2.0-0 is
"a bug which has a major effect on the usability of a package", when it
doesn't put the package at any realistic risk of being removed.

As noted in devref[1], please check with debian-devel before
mass-bug-filing.
