It should already be multiarch co-installable?

It's possible, because pw-jack is a shell script that is identical across
all architectures (I contributed a patch upstream to make this possible).

Not really: either pw-jack would have an unsatisfied dependency on
pipewire-audio-client-libraries, or pipewire-audio-client-libraries would
be forced to be installed in all pipewire installations (in which case
there would be no point in it being a separate package).
