[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Please provide a team description

I was curious what this xdg-desktop-portal thing is that gets so many updates in backports and than what the utopia team is. Unfortunately I could not find any information about the scope of the utopia team.

Would you mind adding a Wiki page about your team and also link from your salsa group to the wiki page?
