Can you provide the .(nm)connection file which shows this behaviour
(make sure to redact any PSKs)?
They are stored in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections
A debug log showing the problem would be helpful as well.
For that run
NetworkManager --log-level=DEBUG --debug
