The webpack bits in dist/ are autogenerated, and we have spent quite some
effort to make sure that this is correct and up to date. Over the last year it
shrank significantly, as we were able to drop a lot of npm modules (such as
jquery, mustache, or PatternFly 3).

Indeed copyright for the three node_modules/ are missing (these are test
dependencies for the integration test); they are not shipped in debs, but in
the source package, so they should be mentioned. That part is clear.

However, your report sounds like you found other problems apart from
node_modules/ -- what are they? Do you have an example?
