The message is harmless, and can safely be ignored. It's fixed in
experimental, and will be fixed in testing/unstable by either dbus
1.12.22 or 1.14.0 (neither has been released yet).

For users of systemd from bullseye-backports, this will probably be
fixed by including dbus 1.12.22 in a future bullseye point release
(assuming I can get approval from the release team).

This is caused by a wrong assumption in the dbus-daemon, and triggered
by behaviour changes in systemd 250 that made the assumption no longer
true in practice.
