Please go ahead and close this ticket.
The issue was resolved for this specific hardware.
In order to bring back network connectivity after the latest round of upgrades, the SMC RESET + PRAM RESET had to be performed.
After the reset, host rebooted with gnome UI under network settings, network broadcasted once more listed and host connects to wifi as expected.

Thank's to debian team, this peace of hardware, no longer supported by apple, still runs most modern, stable and secure OS - Debian Bullseye.
