[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#1006544: Bug#1006544: firewall-cmd times out with large blocklists

I guess that firewalld is so slow to process 25000 entries is an issue 
on its own. That said I dunno if firewalld is to blame here or the kernel.
