Up to and including wireplumber 0.4.11 the default volume for **new**
device was 75%,
but since 0.4.12 the new default is 40%.

Not sure why your device was considered as a new device after a sleep and thus
having its volume set to 75% instead of the previous one.

Is it still an issue with wireplumber 0.4.12?
