No, I don't think you are talking about the same issue firstly reported here.

If you are using gnome, you should have the meta package gnome-core installed?
In this case, everything should already be correctly installed, but....

pipewire-media-session is installed which should not be the case if you have
an up-to-date gnome-core. gnome-core depends on wireplumber which replace
pipewire-media-session. Do you have any reason to keep using
pipewire-media-session?
If no, please switch to wireplumber, sound should reappear.
