[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#1050498: pipewire-pulse systemd service not restarted despite dpkg upgrade of all pipewire packages

I stopped and started 'pipewire-pulse' with 'systemctl --user ...'
and checked the pw-dump output.

The systemd package 'xdg-desktop-portal' remained at 0.3.77-1,
i.e. the same bug seems to exist for xdg-desktop-portal.

So presumably whatever solution is preferred for 'pipewire-pulse'
should probably also be implemented for 'xdg-desktop-portal'.

I'll try to add an "affects xdg-desktop-portal" tag to this bug
report...
