[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#1040509: realmd: DBUS policy is installed in /etc instead of /usr

Dear realmd maintainers,

realmd installs the `org.freedesktop.realmd.conf` policy
in `/etc/dbus-1`. Since Debian 9 the standard directory for
package-installed dbus policies is `/usr/share/dbus-1`.

Lintian complains with `dbus-policy-in-etc`.
