Hi,

the latest update of libblockdev from version 2.28 to 3.0 has seen some
major changes, among them an SONAME bump.

Please test cockpit(-storaged) against the new libblockdev and update
the libblockdev-mdraid2 dependency to libblockdev-mdraid3.
