Package: wireplumber
Version: 0.4.13-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

Upgrading to debian 12.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Followed the instructions in the release notes.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

On rebooting, a process called wireplumber consumes most of the cpu.
Sound does work. If I kill the process, cpu usage falls, my fan stops
spinning and I no longer have sound. I have to kill wireplumber on
each reboot (or let it try to fry my cpu).

Please let me know if I can provide more information.
