Looking at the symbols file of libgudev, I see

  g_udev_device_get_sysfs_attr_as_boolean_uncached at Base 234

The generated dependency is too weak, due to the missing epoch, i.e. 
1:230-3 > 234.

This epoch is only applied to the Ubuntu build though.
Do you by any chance have libgudev installed from a Ubuntu archive?

Mixing Debian and Ubuntu packages is not a supported configuration.
