[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#1091491: Starts too early thus doesn't provide best possible impl

Since there's no ordering in the service unit the service might start too
early and thus e.g. pick the fdo backend for the inhibit backend rather
than the GNOME session/screensaver one leading to degraded feature set
(e.g. the phone suspending while playing music).
