I manually ran this testcase twice on the physical machine named "parisc".
Interestingly it generates a load of around 10 on the machine which has two physical CPUs.
Without any time constraints it printed:
Ran 10 tests in 360.852s
Ran 10 tests in 364.189s
So, I suggest you increase the time to max. 10 minutes.
With that value all fast build servers will finish anyway in short time, while it leaves room for slow machines/architectures to finish too.
